The building consists of 89 private residences, located in Barcelona , Rambla Prim / Avinguda Eduard Maristany. Carintec Madera S.L. was in charge of the vertical cladding in the lobby and common areas. As it can be seen in the photos in terms of the vertical paneling, two neutral colors predominate : black and white cladding, while on the ground level warmer materials and tones were use: wood flooring to generate contrast.
